Komarna

Komarna is a small village situated next to the Adriatic Highway, 7 km to the south of the river Neretva. If you are tired of the fast rhythm of the city life, traffic jams and desire a relaxing vacation, Komarna is the perfect place for you.

In Komarna you will find tranquility, beautiful landscape, infinitely clear sea, where the combination of the river and the sea will make your vacation unforgettable. Komarna (Klek) - Dubrovnik 73km. There is not many facilities in Komarna. No organized tourist entertainment - apart from the possibility to rent a boat or mountain bike. We have one small hotel with a restaurant that is open during the tourist season, one konoba (cafe) and a mini-market. The village is a unspoiled and safe.

Children may run around without getting in trouble and the mix of local people and the guests tourists is just right. The holiday resort Klek is only three kilometers to the south and here you can find a more organized tourism. A further five kilometers will take you to Neum, the only seaside town in Bosnia-Hercegovina where there is several big shops and hotels.
