The house is old, tipically mediteranean, stone built and completley restored several years ago.
The part of the house for renting is on the upper half floor with it's own secure parking place.
On the ground floor is the apartments of the owner.
The house consists of two apartments for two persons each, A1 and A2. Each of the apartments is 25m big and has it's own terrace 20m2 big.
From the house there is wonderful view on wineyards and the sea. The beach is approximatley a thousand meters away. The house is 300m away from the sea, but there is no access to the sea, except on the beach.

- No extra bed
- Rent of apartment includes expences of electricity and water,
weekly change of bed sheets, set for eating accessories for cleaning,
toalet paper at arrival, final cleaning and a parking place.
- Apartments are used from 1 P.M. et arrival and to 10 A.M on
return.
- Tax income is not included in price
- Pets (dogs, cats..) 10 EUR per daily
- In case of earlier departure money won't be refunded (all reserved
days have to be paid)
- You have to pay number of reservation days
