Čiovo – a penisula situated by the little town of Trogir - has been linked with the mainland by a bridge.
The house is located in the Mavarštica cove on the south side of Čiovo, 50m away from the sea. The house (70m2) may accommodate 6 people. It has two double rooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a large (30m2) terrace viewing the open sea. All the rooms have their own entrances. The house is surrounded by an orchard with lemon and olive trees. It has car access and two parking places in front of it.
The nearest shop is five minutes away, while the nearest urban centre (Okrug) with market place, a butcher’s shop and other shops is five minutes away by car.
It is a ten minutes’ ride to Trogir.
Trogir is a place with outstanding cultural sights and as such enjoys UNESCO’s protection. It offers plenty of opportunity for evening outings. There are many fish restaurants, while the market place is always full of fresh fish.
