Podaca

Podaca is a village located on the southern part of Makarska Riviera, beneath Biokovo, 35 km away from Makarska. It is made of three parts: Kapea, Viskoviaa vala and Ravanje. As a part of Makarska Riviera Podaca is completely oriented towards tourism.

It has about 660 inhabitants, and more than 1100 beds in private accommodation, about 300 beds at the tourist settlement "Morenia", and 600 places at the auto camp "Uvala borova". Because of its beautiful beaches in the shade of the pines, gastronomical offer of local Dalmatian specialties, availability of attractive excursion destinations, Podaca has all the qualities of a desirable vacation spot.
