Murter town

Welcome to Murter town situated in the middle Adriatic numbering about 2000 inhabitants. It is situated on the west part of island Murter, the point of departure for the Kornati islands, in the bay of Hramina.

It abounds in sand beaches, pine woods and old olive trees. Due to its perfect location it is an ideal point of departure for visiting the islands of "Kornati" and the waterfalls of "Krka". Murter offers various possibilities for a great holiday at sea: numerous sand beaches, restaurants and open bars with live-music, summer stages, shopping facilities, rent a boot, a bicycle, a scooter and jet-skis, scuba diving, tennis and much more...i.e. big fishing with natives. Public services like post office, bank, filling station, harbour office, repair offices for cars and crafts as well as a Health Centre are also located on Murter.
