Stanici

Stanici is a small tourist resort situated in Central Dalmatia, 30 km eastward from Split, 30 km distant from Makarska, 50 km away from the Split airport and 80 km from Medjugorje. The picturesque town of Omis is only 4 km distant.

Daily boat excursions are organized from Omis to the off shore Island of Brac as well as other nearby holiday resorts. The most famous place of interest in Omic is the fascinating canyon of the River Cetina with Radmanove Mlinice, the old mill transformed into a famous restaurant. The holidaymakers of adventurous spirit can go rafting on the Cetina River. In Omis you will find a well supplied green market, different shops, surgery and post-office. There are two grocery shops and three restaurants serving good domestic food in Stanici.
