All rooms are on the first floor. One room has a bathroom, and can be used for three people because there are extra beds. Two other rooms use shared bathroom, and the room can get out on the terrace which is 20m2. Each room has refrigerator. In the yard there is parking for house guests. All first floor can be used as an apartment unit for a larger family or two smaller.
Supermarket is 50m away and at 150m distance is the sea, the ferry port, which comes from Orebic or Drvenik 500m from the house and guests are always awaited at the port. In addition, guests have possibility to arrive from Split with a catamaran boat and that arrive in the city harbor, in the downtown area.
