The house is some 200 meters distant from the center of Jelsa town. The apartment is located on the first floor, offering an impressive view over the Jelsa bay. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is a supermarket 70 m distant from the house, but the most important is that Mina, one of the few sandy beaches on Hvar island, is only 300 or 350 m from the house. The road to the beach is covered with a dense pine shadow and it passes through Jelsa's green area.
