New house, on very quiet and calm place, with marvelous view to 7 small islands. The house is out of the main streets, out of any noise. It is excellent place for relaxation and pleasure in Mediterranean ambient. The beach is very close to the house (less than 2 min walk). The guest can use barbecue, open parking and for bigger groups common terrace 72 m2. the apartments are on the first floor. The owner can rent the small boat for daily use or for sport fishing. Is small and quite place located on west side of Å olta island. Besides of beautiful nature, 7 small unsettle and magnificent islands (Stipanska, Balkun, Saskinja, Polebrnjak, Rudula, Grmej and Kamik) Maslinica has famous castle of Alberti family built in 1708.
Thanks to west orientation sunset is also one of Maslinica's beauties. The inhabitants of Maslinica are very kind people, excellent fishermen always oriented to the sea.
