The apartment unit is part of a house built respecting a traditional Mediterranean architecture. The house is only fifty meters away from the sea. It was built on the plot of 1000 m2, in solitude, with a beautiful view of the turquoise sea with much color and greenery (olives, grapes cesmina, rosemary and lavender). The road to the house is asphalt than gravel road 200 m to the sea. Bay Lucice are very attractive. Here houses are more expensive than in other parts of middle Dalmatia and many important personalities, newspaper owners and movie producers here have their vacation houses. In some cases the price of houses for rent in Lucice bay reach even 1000 pounds per day. Nearby are two attractive seafood restaurant located in natural surroundings close to the sea. You will love this apartment if you love nature, peace and relaxation. Without noise, without much light, a family of 4-5 people, even young people will enjoy in a such a pristine ambient. The apartment is about 55 m2, with two bedrooms, one is allocated with a separate entrance, shower and toilet and double bed in the second part of the second room with double bed, living room 16 m2 with extra bed, small kitchen and toilet. Next year will be shower and solar heating. With the apartment there are two terraces, each about 30m2. One is covered and the other is uncovered. There is a beautiful view from both terraces. The house has its private parking. The plot is surrounded by stone walls and has complete privacy. The ground floor kitchen and a veranda room is occasionally used by the owners. Apartment's energy supply is by a solar cells making possible the function of the lighting and water pump. Refrigerator is a large gas and stove. Boiler no hot water and next year will be built on water heater solar heating. For now, use an external heater which is enough hot water for showering. We also have a boat length of 4,6m, which could be rented for a short ride around.
