Donja Krusica

Donja Krusica (pron.: donya krushitsa) is a lovely cove on the north coast of island Solta. It is an ideal destination for seekers of a peaceful vacations, without the hustle and bustle.In the cove there are some ten houses, some of them refurbished old fisherman stone houses, now days offering seaside accommodation in apartments and rooms. At the end of the cove Donja Krusica there is a nice pebbly beach characterized by a perfectly rounded white stones of some 5 to 10cm diameter.
Getting to Donja Krusica is easy since there are frequent ferry boat lines from Split town to Rogac on Solta, a small place about 15 min. car drive from Donja Krusica. It takes about 45 min. to ferry boat to get from Split to Rogac, so in total the journey from Split to Donja Krusica is about one hour long.
