Our studio apartment «Margarita» is located in old part of Split called Matejuska, in authentic dalmatian stone house. We are on the first floor, and on the ground floor of our house, is a little storage of fishing equipment, belonging to a specialized store next to our house .
This part of Riva of Split was dedicated to individual fishermen and their little boats. Some of them could be seen even today in preparing their nets and other equipment, or coming back from successful or less successful fishing. Fishermen also use a little marina, 30 m from our apartment, for berthing and maintaining their small boats.
Apartman is newly renovated and this is its first year in use. It is equipped with refrigerator, cooker, washing machine, dish washer, air conditioner, sat TV, wireless internet 24 hours. It has double bed and sofa that could be a bed for two.
