We are situated  in the center of Split, and only 30 m to the sea. It is only 3 min walk to Diocletian Palace. First shop for food and other smaller suplies is near 15 m, tobacconist shop and rent a car 6 m, pharmacy and doctor 150 m, nautical marina 700 m, firs beach 800 m, cinema 150 m, theatre 500 m

Split is Mediterranean town and has mild climate. It is also pleasant in a winter, when temperature and many sunny days allow being whole day  outdoor, walking or jogging through pine wood on Marjan hill (5 min from the apartment) with unforgettable view, along the coast (Riva), or visiting many historical places in Split and Solin. Wonderful walking tracks are on mountains Kozjak and Mosor. It is possible to organize excursions to nearest National Parks (Kornati, Paklenica, Krka, Mljet) or rafting on river Cetina (25 km).

Apartment is for 3-4 persons.

Payment: 30% in advance and the rest at arrival.
