Stobrec

Stobrec is situated some 6 km south of Split, at a beautiful peninsula, surrounded with the sea and pine woods. In 389 B.C. Greek settlers founded Epetion (Stobrec) in the same period as the town of Issa (Vis) and Pharos on the island of Hvar.

Visit Stobrec if you want a quiet beach and clean sea outside populated area. Both Stobrec and Split offer various entertainment including tennis centres.
