Batalaza

 

Batalaza (read: batalasza) near village of Ugljan in Dalmatia region of Croatia is a small place and cove on the island of Ugljan. It is located only 11 km north of Preko and with only 1070 inhabitants is one of 9 smaller municipalities of the town Ugljan in region of Dalmatia.

Batalaza offers easy pace holidays, just few nautical miles from town of Zadar, county's major city. Zadar Channel, sea area between the continent and island Ugljan can be crossed from Preko in less than a hour.
