Milna bay is situated on southern side of Vis, Croatia. It is just 9 kilometers far from City of Vis, and it is connected with the town by brand new road.
Milna bay has a sandy beach and it is only 10 minutes by foot, from perhaps the most beautiful sandy beach on entire island of Vis, Zaglav beach. Milna bay is facing the open sea in direction to south, the reason why the waves here tend to be high during Jugo (strong wind from the south), but not dangerous for swimmers.
Following the path to the south, Milna bay is connecting with Zenka, place with a group of vacation homes. Most of them offer family owned accommodation services. From here is easy to explore Vis island interiors and beautiful coves nearby such as Stoncica, Srebrna and Stiniva. From Milna is easy to reach Komiza town (30 min. car drive) and Rukavac (5 min. car drive).
